Joel is a Tallahassee native—grew up here, went to school here, and will retire here. He started ACL Home Inspections in 2016 with a mission to elevate the customer experience by combining years of client service expertise with thorough, trustworthy inspections.
Beyond inspections, Joel is deeply involved in the community through Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Habitat for Humanity, and Citizens for Scent Evidence—a charity he helped start in honor of his brother. As an active member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, he has been honored as Affiliate of the Year and served as Affiliate Director.
As a Registered Professional Inspector with FABI and Certified Master Inspector with InterNACHI, Joel commits to continuous education year after year to sharpen his skills and stay current with industry best practices.
